I’ve decided to release a track that didn’t make the cut on Fever Dreamer back in 2018. It wasn’t that I didn’t like the track. Truth is I LOVE how it turned out. It just didn’t seem to match the feel of the rest of the album. It was almost entirely electronic which was a nice break during the production of the album. But I couldn’t find a place for it in the context of the rest of the tracks. So I held it back. Then I forgot about it.

Flash forward to a few months ago when I remembered the track. It was all professionally mastered by my go-to guy KRAMER. So it was fully ready for some sort of release. I decided to cue it up to release today, on my birthday. And then what do you know, I swiftly forgot that I ever did that.

So today, I received the emails from all of the major music services telling me that the track is live for all to hear.

So HAPPY BIRTHDAY to me and you. I hope you enjoy Freeform, basically an ode to losing yourself on the dance floor… a feeling I haven’t felt in many years. Someday I’ll find myself back to that blissful feeling.
